Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the Skynet Cares Charity Sales.

  1. Offer valid from 9:00am 2 April 2021 until 6:00pm 6 April 2021, or until products run out.
  2. Limited quantities available. First come first served and only while supplies last.
  3. Items are only valid for delivery to West Malaysia.
  4. Skynet will sponsor Free Delivery to West Malaysia for this Charity Flash Sales.
  5. Products are sourced from various merchants who use Skynet as their delivery partner. These products have either missed our Service Level Agreements for delivery times, experienced tarnish/damage in packaging and/or damage to the product itself. All imperfections of any product will be highlighted in the product description itself.
  6. By purchasing the product, the buyer accepts that the product is in its current condition, as stated in the product description.
  7. Fulfillment of products will begin from 7 April 2021.
  8. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. However, in the event that the product does not function as described, Skynet will accept a return of this product within 7 days of delivery by way of emailing to skynetcares@skynet.com.my with full reason for return. We will then advise you to re-package the item and drop-off at your nearest Skynet branch, and address it to Skynet Cares, No. 4 Jalan SS 13/5, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor. We will then verify the reasons for return, and provide a refund to you within 14 working days.
  9. Charity Flash Sales terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and sales may be withdrawn without notice.
  10. Skynet shall not be held responsible for any losses or damage suffered by the buyer that arise from or in connection with the loss or damage of the item.
